At times I get this odd feeling as if I'm a mirror image, and have been forever. Two twins,
even, swapped and reversed between worlds. It contributes to my sense of being a Changeling.
Sometimes my Reiki flows the opposite direction to the usual one - from the left into the right
hand, rather than the right into the left. My finneavh, or chakras have appeared reversed, too,
from left to right, or even top for bottom. Since I started the apprenticeship practices, the
two halves are shifting, re-integrating. My osteopath thinks my cranio-sacral alignments are
very curious too. The first time she checked, apparently I was twisting up and in towards my
solar plexus from left shoulder to right foot, and out and away from it along a line from my
right shoulder to left foot. I have shared experiences with other shamans with similar stories.
As to whether this is an integral part of the mark of the shaman, or a personal issue that is
being cleared as a barrier on the path, only time will tell...
